It was clear, that while personal divination remained an essential component for steering our everyday lives, it was not designed, nor broad enough, to examine dozens of inter-relationships and the countless dynamics of a corporate/business experience.

The Ifa Foundation of North America is continually studying ways of bringing the potent power of ancient Yoruba wisdom to more accurately relate to 21st century American life.

For Purists, who would like the philosophy, and the energies it employed, to remain rooted in thousands of years old practice and context, some of these conclusions seem heretical. Yet, the undeniable truth is, that as an oral tradition, unfettered by the debilitating shackles of the "Word", the Yoruba wise men and women always understood it was meant to evolve and relate to the changing society, technology and lifestyle of those that availed themselves of its power. It was alive, in the truest sense of the word, and was designed to stay that way.

It was the understanding that a Corporation/Business has a life and energy of its own that led us to the next step. That step allowed us to Divine for the entity itself.and in the process examine the individuals most critical to its well-being.

In the last few years we have worked with some of the most prominent businesses in their field utilizing these new understandings. We have developed Divination techniques that employ sophisticated methodologies for assessing the value, competence, loyalty and honesty of employees and key corporate players. We have created accurate measurements for assessing compatibility.which people work best with others in the organization. Which people are best for which tasks?

The results have been as expected: accurate and precise. While individuals may be able to finesse, or fool, Human Resources personnel, or those working with them, they cannot finesse the meta-intellect of the universe we call Orunmila.
