The Ifa College was established to address the very real issue of learning and growth AFTER initiation.  Unlike the historical Yoruba paradigm of apprenticing prior to the initiation, our Western experience has taught us to take a week from our lives and "poof" we are a Priest.  Initiation is only the smallest of steps towards working knowledgeably with the energies of the Universe.  The Ifa College was established to bring together a large group of Ifa Scholars who would share, learn, and ultimately teach from their years of experience and knowledge.  We will provide ongoing advanced education for initiates of the Ifa Foundation -  as well as select initiates of others - seeking to continue to add to their expertise, wisdom, and knowledge in an academic setting.

The Ifa College will also provide the first opportunity for the non-initiate, or public, to access a group of Ifa Scholars whose diversity represents the essence of Ifa.  While certain segments of the campus will be visible only to our registered initiates, the vast majority of the forums and discussions will be available to any visitor wishing to access them.   Most importantly, you will have the opportunity of asking any reasonable question regarding Ifa and Orisa, and will be able to receive an answer from one or more of our Ifa Scholars.  The Ifa College is open to any spiritual question, but absolutely forbids the bringing of personal comments regarding any individual - this is a forum for ideas and growth.
