Shedding negativity and restoring balance creates such a powerful shift in your life! In our over aggressive, self-absorbed culture the amount of negativity we are constantly faced with is overwhelming for most people. It is not simply an issue of an “enemy” wishing, or trying to harm you…it is the person you honk at that gives you a hostile gesture, the waitress who you correct for getting an order wrong…and the resentment that is directed at you for pointing it out…the co-worker that confuses their laziness with your being the bosses favorite and on and on and on. Day after day. It doesn’t have to come from a priest, it simply has to come. Our observation is that almost everyone can use this , and some come almost once a year to have it stripped away.
